We completely reshaped the packaging business processes of a customer in the field of plastic injection production, and the results we achieved not only provided cost advantages but also minimized environmental impact.

With the work we carried out in our customer's packaging processes, we reduced the variety of primary packaging and corrugated cardboard by 50% and achieved a 25% cost advantage through size and material optimization. In this way, we achieved a 30% increase in efficiency in storage and logistics processes. These solutions helped our customer not only reduce costs but also make business processes faster and more efficient. These studies also contributed to reducing environmental impact. We have achieved concrete improvements in nature protection through the use of less materials and more effective logistics processes. In this context, we prevented over 2,000 tons of greenhouse gas emissions and water consumption by reducing material usage by over 40 tons.

We improved purchasing processes and strengthened supply chain management by reviewing critical stock levels and minimum order quantities. In addition, we achieved improvements of nearly 40% in purchasing costs and processes with the work we carried out on auxiliary materials such as stretch, pallets, labels and straps.
